I' know so many people have been wondering how they will set Facebook follow button on their profile account. 4. Click on how people find and contact you
5. Followers and public content

First, you will login your account and navigate to menu at the top right corner of Facebook. Then next scroll down to settings and click it you will see how people can find and contact you there is an options "who can send me friend request" there is also "Friends of Friends" choose it.

The next thing you are going to do now scroll to followers and public content you will see options too "who can follow" from there select Public and that's all.
